Jan Broeze, Wageningen Food & Biobased Research, The Netherlands
Jan Broeze is senior scientist Sustainable Food Processing at Wageningen Food & Biobased Research. Jan has a background in mathematical physics and holds a PhD at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of Twente University. Research topics in his professional career include: industrial ecology including biomass cascading and side stream valorisation, chain and process analysis and optimization, sustainability analysis. One of Jan’s current projects is NoAW, a European project focussing on the development of innovative approaches.
