Preliminary programme information is today announced for the conference. Invited speakers will present on the main themes of the conference within the sessions listed and these will be supplemented by contributed poster presentations for which abstracts are currently invited.

Online submission is now open for abstracts for poster contributions at the 2010 EFFoST Annual Meeting. Posters are invited which cover new developments in all aspects of food health and safety. The deadline for submission is 30 June 2010.

The 2010 EFFoST Annual Meeting will take place in Dublin, Ireland, 10-12 November 2010. The conference – which is organised in association with IUFOST, EHEDG and FISEC will focus on food health and safety.
