The CTCPA is an Industrial technical center qualified as a Technical Institute for food Industry (ITAI) by the French Agricultural Minister.
It is recognized by the government as a center of reference for the establishment and validation of thermal treatment scales. It provides services for the food industry in the form of testing, consulting and technical assistance, analysis (food safety, packaging safety, nutrition), training.
