Abstracts are invited for short oral communications and poster presentations on the conference topics. Please submit abstracts using the Online Submission Form according to the abstract preparation guidelines.

  • Neoformed compounds during processing and preservation

  • Specific food formulation to fight malnutrition in South and North countries .   

II- Environmental impact and economic competitiveness

  • Novel food systems for energy (cold-chain, thermal treatment etc.) and water use reduction
